	Artist with CDs in the market are not eligible to participate.
	The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any artist that does not play by the rules of the competition.
	Artist can perform their own works or that of the organizers .
	The judges decision is final at every stage of the competition .
	The winner of the singing competition is eligible to a performing contract with Riddim Entertainment.
	The competition is open to all Nigerians irrespective of tribe, religion and location.
	The registration fee of N3,000.00 is non-refundable.
	Preliminaries/Registration commence on the 4th of October to Friday the 9th of December, 2005. Grand finals will take place on the 10th of December, 2005 at Riddim Entertainment Center, Royal Ark Hotel, Anwai Road, Asaba.
